In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using this site that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on this site, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, a URL).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Listech, Inc. may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
