Claude for Home Business
Claude for Home Business is a free video series where Claude builds a working funnel for you: the free gift, the opt-in page, the thank-you page, the email list, seven follow-up emails and your own domain. You read, you approve, you say publish. It starts with free Claude, and every prompt is on this page.
For 30 years I've watched good people quit at the same spot.
Not at the idea. At the tech.
Claude is the brains. With a connector, Claude is the brawn too. And you? You're the face. That part is still yours, and it's the part that pays.
The first video goes up soon. The prompts below work today.
What Will Claude Build For You?
A small, complete funnel inside your own account, built on camera with mine:
- A free gift your person actually wants
- An opt-in page and a thank-you page
- An email list, with the sign-up form hooked to it
- Seven follow-up emails, loaded and switched OFF until you've read them
- Your own domain, bought live on camera, with the email records set up
I build it in Builder by HBA, because it has its own connector for Claude. Quick note: I'm an HBA affiliate, so if you join through my link, HBA pays me a commission and your price is the same. Anthropic, the company behind Claude, pays me nothing.
The Three Free Prompts
Run them in order. Free Claude works. Free Claude allows one custom connector, so make it the one you build in.
Prompt 1: Let Claude interview you
You're helping me plan a small online business. Interview me one question at a time, up to 10 questions, and wait for each answer. Ask about my work history, what friends ask me for help with, what I've struggled with myself, who I already talk to online and where, and what I'd be glad to promote. Then write four short sections: 1. MY PERSON: one person, a first name and age, their situation, and their problem in their own words. 2. MY FREE GIFT: three ideas for something small and free that solves one problem this person has this week. Pick the best one and say why. 3. MY OFFER: the one product my emails should point to, and why it fits this person. 4. MY CHANNEL: the one place to start showing up, and why. Plain words. Don't invent facts about me. No income promises. If you need something, ask.
Prompt 2: Let Claude build it
The fill-in-the-blanks version, with copy buttons, is on Claude MCP Explained, along with how to connect Claude in six steps.
Prompt 3: Let Claude write your seven emails
Connection first, then value, then the offer. Claude loads them and leaves them off. You send yourself a test before anything goes out.
You're writing my 7-email welcome sequence. It goes to people who just signed up for my free gift. Read my notes below first. Ask me up to 5 questions, one at a time, if anything is missing. Don't guess at facts about me. MY NOTES - MY PERSON: [paste MY PERSON from Prompt 1] - MY FREE GIFT: [what it is, and the link where they get it] - MY OFFER: [the one product my emails point to, its price, and my link] - MY STORY: [2 or 3 true sentences: where I started, what went wrong, what changed] - ONE REAL PROOF: [one true thing I did or saw, with a number if I have one. If I have none yet, write "none yet"] - AM I AN AFFILIATE FOR MY OFFER? [yes or no] - MY NAME AND SIGN-OFF: [how I sign my emails] THE JOB OF EACH EMAIL The sequence moves my reader through three stages: Connection (they know me and feel understood), Value (they get a real win before I ask for anything), Conversion (I show them the next step and let them decide). Email 1 - CONNECTION. Send right away. Deliver the free gift in the first two lines with its link. Then tell them who I am in three sentences, and what the next 6 emails will give them. Ask one easy question they can answer by hitting reply. Email 2 - CONNECTION. Send 1 day later. Tell MY STORY as a short scene: a day, a place, a feeling. Show I've stood where MY PERSON stands. End with the one lesson the story taught me. Email 3 - VALUE. Send 2 days later. Teach one small thing MY PERSON can do in 15 minutes today, in numbered steps. No link to my offer. The only link is back to the free gift. Email 4 - VALUE. Send 2 days later. Name the biggest mistake MY PERSON makes, why it happens, and the fix. Use ONE REAL PROOF here if I have it. No link to my offer. Email 5 - VALUE TO CONVERSION. Send 2 days later. Answer the top worry MY PERSON has about taking the next step (time, money, tech, being too old, being scammed before). Be honest about who this is NOT for. Introduce MY OFFER by name, one sentence, one link. Email 6 - CONVERSION. Send 2 days later. Show what MY OFFER does for MY PERSON, in plain words: what they get, what it costs, what it does NOT do. Then the link. If I'm an affiliate, say so in one plain sentence before the link. Email 7 - CONVERSION. Send 3 days later. A short, kind close. Recap the one idea from each email in one line each. Give the link one last time. Tell them they'll keep getting one useful email a week either way. RULES FOR EVERY EMAIL - Write like a friend talking: grade 5 to 7, short sentences, some one-line paragraphs. Contractions always. - 120 to 250 words each. One link per email (the gift link or the offer link, never both). - A subject line under 45 characters, plus one alternate subject and a preview line under 90 characters. No dollar sign in any subject, alternate or preview. Write "dollars" or "bucks" there. Prices in the body are fine. - The preview line must match what the email opens with. - No income promises, no "easy," "passive," "automatic," "guaranteed," no timelines for results, no made-up testimonials or numbers. If I wrote "none yet" for proof, don't invent one. - If an email mentions money anyone earned, add the typical result in the same paragraph, or cut the line. - Every email ends with my sign-off and a P.S. that asks one question or points back to one earlier email. - Personalize with the first-name field only (in HBA's Emailer that's {{first_name}}). If the name is blank, the greeting must still read right. WHEN YOU'RE DONE 1. Show me all 7 as a table first: number, delay, stage, subject, alternate subject, preview, link. Then each email in full. 2. Ask me which ones to change. Make the changes I ask for. 3. Only when I say "load them": if my Home Business Academy connector is on, create an autoresponder sequence named "[my free gift] Welcome" on my list, add the 7 emails with the delays above (0, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3 days), and leave it OFF. Show me where to find it. 4. Never send a broadcast. Never turn the sequence on. I do that myself after I've read every email and sent myself a test.Every Episode
New episodes go up twice a week at first, then weekly. Each one builds one real thing.

What Can't Claude Do For You?
It doesn't bring anybody. It builds the page. It does not put one human being in front of it.
That's your job now. One place, about six hours a week, for a long time. I can't promise what you'll earn. Most people who start never make a sale, and HBA publishes its own numbers on my earnings page.
Who Is This Series For?
It's for you if the tech has stopped you before, if you'd rather approve than click, and if you're over fifty and someone told you this is for kids. It's not for you if you want someone to promise you money. I won't.
