Profit Hub System Review 2026: Go or No Go?
Got an email about the Profit Hub System? Big commissions. A website that runs itself. “Join at the top level.”
Good. Before you pay, give me five minutes.
There’s a $300 setup fee at the top level, and the terms say you can’t get it back.
So here’s my go or no go. One answer if you’re just starting. A different one if you already have a list.
Thumbs down. For beginners with no list, Profit Hub System is a no go: a $100 to $300 setup fee you can't get back, before you have one subscriber. For affiliates with a list, it's a not yet. It's pricey for your readers, and when most don't earn it back, they stop trusting your next recommendation.
I’m not an affiliate of Profit Hub System. I am a paid affiliate of the Home Business Academy (HBA) and of systeme.io, and below I’ll tell you why I think either one is a better fit for most beginners.
I read the Profit Hub System website, its prices, its terms and its refund policy. Here’s where I landed.
No go
A setup fee you can't get back, before you have a single subscriber. Start with HBA's live help, or systeme.io's free plan.
Not yet
Expensive for your readers, and no published numbers. Use the product yourself first. If it's good, look again.
What Is the Profit Hub System?
Profit Hub System is a hosted website platform. You get a website and blog, page and funnel templates, and on the top plan, email, text messaging and an affiliate system. Every plan comes with what they call “franchise rights,” which means you can resell it.
Frank and Arpana Andres run it through Message Magic Media Inc., in Ontario, Canada. Their About page says Frank has been marketing online since 2002. The program itself is new. Its terms took effect on January 1, 2026, and I couldn’t find one review written by somebody who wasn’t promoting it.
Every Profit Hub System plan has a monthly fee and a one-time setup fee:
| Plan | Monthly | Setup fee | Year one |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit Pages | $9.95 | $100 | $219.40 |
| Profit Builder | $19.95 | $200 | $439.40 |
| Profit Engine (“Most Popular”) | $29.95 | $300 | $659.40 |
The monthly fees are fair for hosting and tools.
The setup fees are the problem.
Where the Profit Hub System Setup Fee Goes
The promotion I received says affiliates earn $240 a sale plus recurring commissions. Profit Hub System doesn’t publish its pay plan, so I can’t confirm that number. But if it’s right, $240 is 80% of the $300 Profit Engine setup fee.
So the Profit Hub System setup fee isn’t really paying for software. It’s mostly paying the person who signed you up. And that’s why every promotion pushes you to the $300 level.
The big check comes from the setup fee. The setup fee comes from the next person who joins.
Profit Hub System for Beginners: No Go
If you don’t have a list yet, you have one job: build one. A $300 setup fee doesn’t help you do that. It just takes $300 you could have spent getting your first 100 subscribers.
And if Profit Hub System isn’t what you hoped, you’re stuck with it. The terms say “All sales are final and payments are non-refundable.” That covers the setup fee, the license and the monthly fee.
Here’s what I’d do instead. HBA’s Funnel Builder is $25 a month. There’s no setup fee. There’s a 72-hour money-back window when you first buy. And even at that one plan, you get the people:
And if you truly have nothing to spend right now, even systeme.io beats a $300 setup fee. Its free plan gives you 2,000 contacts, three funnels and unlimited email, with no credit card and no end date. You won’t get HBA’s live calls, but you’ll be building a list for $0.
A beginner doesn’t fail for lack of software. A beginner fails because they’re alone and stuck on step three. Live help is worth more to you than any tool.
Year-one cost: Profit Hub System vs HBA vs systeme.io
Profit Hub System: $300 setup plus 12 months at $29.95, none refundable. HBA Funnel Builder: $25 a month, no setup fee, 72-hour money-back on a new paid membership. systeme.io free plan: $0, no card, no end date.
One honest warning about HBA, too. HBA publishes its income disclosure, and in the 12 months to September 30, 2026, the median affiliate earned $0. About three in four earned nothing. That’s normal for this business. The difference is that HBA shows you the number. Profit Hub System doesn’t publish one.
Profit Hub System for Affiliates With a List: Not Yet
If you already have a list, the math looks different. A few sales at $240 each adds up fast. I get why it’s tempting.
But think about who’s buying. Your subscriber pays $300 up front, plus $29.95 a month, with no refund. Most people who join any program like this never earn that back. So now you’ve got a lot of people on your list who spent $659 on your say-so and have nothing to show for it.
Those people don't just unsubscribe. They stop believing your next recommendation.
Put your own numbers in and see both sides of it.
What a Profit Hub System promotion costs your list
Profit Hub System publishes no income numbers, so the "never earn it back" slider is your guess. It starts at 75% because that's close to the one published figure I trust in this space: HBA's own disclosure, where about three in four affiliates earned nothing.
Now the fair side. If the product is good, Profit Hub System could be a solid tool to promote. Tool programs with a monthly fee and recurring commissions can work well, because people keep paying for software they actually use. That’s the part to test.
Before you send it to your list, get three things:
- The written pay plan. The terms say payouts follow “the plan in effect at the time.” Get the plan in writing before you promote it.
- The product, used for real. Join, build a site, and use it for a couple of months. Would you keep paying if there were no commission?
- People who stay. Ask how many members are still paying after six months. If most of them are marketers reselling it, that tells you who the customer really is.
Until then, the price is my sticking point. A $300 setup fee with no refund is a lot to ask of somebody who trusts you.
What the Profit Hub System Terms Say
The Profit Hub System homepage and its terms don’t tell the same story about ownership. Here they are side by side:
The homepage saysFranchise rights give you "ownership of the platform, brand, and revenue."
Section 11 of the terms saysThose rights are "limited, conditional, non-exclusive, and non-transferable" and don't give you ownership of the software, brand or intellectual property.
👍 What Profit Hub System gets right
- Prices are published, plan by plan.
- You can cancel yourself, and it stops right away.
- Disputes go to the Ontario courts, not private arbitration.
- The terms say plainly there's no guarantee you'll make money.
👎 What to watch out for
- No refunds on anything.
- No published pay plan, and it can change.
- Commissions can be reversed or withheld.
- The terms name a "pass-up" program I couldn't see the details of.
- No income disclosure.
About “pass-up”: in a pass-up plan, some of your sales go to the person above you instead of to you. Ask exactly which ones before you join.
Profit Hub System vs HBA
HBA pays me, so weigh this with that in mind. I’ve marked the rows where HBA comes out worse, too.
| Profit Hub System | HBA | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup fee | $100 to $300 | None |
| Website and funnel tool | $19.95 a month + $200 setup | $25 a month |
| Refunds | None | 72 hours on a new paid membership (not on trials) |
| Live help | Forum, chat and email; VIP phone support on Profit Engine | Community, weekly training calls, Monday live session |
| Pay plan published | No | Yes. One tier: only the person who referred you is paid |
| Income disclosure | None | Yes, median $0. Not pretty, but it’s there |
| Cost to earn on every product | $659.40 year one (Profit Engine) - PHS wins | $160 a month for all products, $1,920 a year |
| Disputes | Ontario courts - PHS wins | Binding arbitration, no class actions |
HBA’s average affiliate made $530 over those same 12 months. That’s gross, before $10 to $160 a month in subscriptions.
Five Questions Before You Pay Any Setup Fee
Use these on Profit Hub System, or on the next program that lands in your inbox. Check every one you can answer yes to.
With Profit Hub System today, the first three boxes stay empty no matter how hard you look. There’s no written pay plan, no income disclosure and no refund.
Is Profit Hub System Legit?
Yes, as a business. Message Magic Media Inc. runs it from Ontario, Canada, and the software is real. Whether it’s a good way to make money is a different question. The pay plan isn’t published, there’s no income disclosure, and the setup fees are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund from Profit Hub System?
No. The terms say “All sales are final and payments are non-refundable.” You can cancel future billing yourself inside the members area, and it takes effect right away.
How much does the Profit Hub System affiliate program pay?
Profit Hub System doesn’t publish its pay plan. The promotion I received says $240 a sale plus recurring commissions at the Profit Engine level. The terms say payouts follow “the plan in effect at the time” and that commissions can be reversed.
What I Couldn’t Check
This is a review from the outside, and you should know where it stops.
- The pay plan. I didn’t join, so I haven’t seen the compensation plan from inside. The $240 figure comes from a promotion, not from Profit Hub System.
- The pass-up rules. The terms name a pass-up program. I don’t know which sales it takes.
- The product in daily use. I read the plan pages. I didn’t build a site on it.
- Who’s still paying. Profit Hub System hasn’t published how many members stay, or how many use it without reselling it.
If any of those come back better than I expect, my answer for list owners could change. My answer for beginners won’t. A setup fee you can’t get back is the wrong first step.
Read the terms. Find the median. Then decide.
Bless and be blessed,
