AI Funnel Builder: HBA's Big Reveal and the 5 Walls It Takes On

· AI Workflows
Prices and terms last verified October 1, 2026.

An AI funnel builder writes and builds your pages, opt-in form, email list and follow-up emails from one request typed in plain English. HBA's opens to members on 12 October 2026 inside its $25 a month Funnel Builder, with 5 free AI credits a day. It does the technical setup, but you decide who the funnel is for.

AI Funnel Builder - 6 minutes for one request to build a whole funnel on HBA's stage. Then comes traffic.

Before we start: I’m a Home Business Academy affiliate. If you join through a link on this page, HBA pays me a commission and you pay the same price. I’ll show you where it falls short, too. Full disclosure

Income disclosure: HBA’s own statement for the 12 months to 30 September 2026, which I read on 1 October 2026, shows an average of $524 and a median of $0. 74.2% of its 1,572 active affiliates earned nothing. A faster way to build funnels won’t change those numbers on its own. Full earnings disclosure

Know what you’re supposed to promote, but not who to promote it to?

It’s the biggest one in this business.

I’ve been marketing online since 1996, and I keep watching good people hit the same five walls, in the same order. I’ve hit every one of them myself.

So when HBA showed off a new AI Builder on stage at Freedom Fest on 18 September, I went through every clip they posted and wrote notes under each one. It opens to every member on Monday, 12 October 2026, at 8 PM Eastern. From what they’ve shown, it knocks one of those walls flat, and it’s the one that’s beaten more people than I can count. Three others get easier. And the fifth wall, it doesn’t even try.

Let me show you which is which. Then I’ll give you five prompts to run tonight in free Claude, so you’re ready before the doors open.

What Are The Five Walls?

This is the order people run into them. See if you recognize yourself.

Wall What it sounds like Does HBA’s new Builder knock it down?
1. Who “I don’t know who I’m supposed to be talking to.” Partly. It writes from a profile, but you supply the profile
2. What they feel “I don’t know what keeps them up at night, or what they want instead.” Partly. Same profile, same catch
3. What to give “I don’t know what free thing would make them raise their hand.” Partly. It builds and writes around the free thing, but you choose it
4. How “I know what to build. I’m lost in domains, forms, lists and settings.” Yes, flat. This is the wall it was built for
5. Then what “It’s built. Now nobody comes.” No. Nothing does

Where are you stuck?

Most people stall at the first two, and they’ll never tell you so. They say “I’m still setting up.” Six months later they’re still setting up, because fiddling with settings feels like work, and talking to a stranger scares the daylights out of most folks.

Wall 4, the tech, is where most of the rest give up. They finally work out who they’re for, sit down to build the thing, and drown in domains and settings.

And wall 5, getting people to actually show up, catches everybody who makes it past the first four.

What Is HBA’s New AI Funnel Builder?

It’s an AI agent built into HBA’s Funnel Builder. You type what you want in plain English and it builds the whole funnel: the pages, the opt-in form, the email list, the follow-up emails and the domain connection. HBA first showed it on 18 September 2026, on stage at its Freedom Fest event in Branson, Missouri, and members get it on 12 October.

Now, I haven’t used it yet.

I’m not in the test group, so everything I tell you about it comes from three places: what HBA showed on stage, what its app code says, and what members in the beta have recorded on YouTube. I’ll tell you which is which as we go, and on launch night I’ll build with it myself and swap in my own numbers.

Here’s the exact request they gave it on stage, from HBA’s second clip:

“Build me a lead capture page for the turnkey system and a thank-you page with the video and button, use my Traffic Maestro marketing profile and make the button under the thank-you video go to my triple the residuals affiliate sales page link.”

It went on to name a YouTube video, a domain and a new email list with four autoresponder emails.

Then they let it run. HBA’s third clip is the agent’s own log, read out loud. It loaded the marketing profile. Found the affiliate link. Fetched the video and read its transcript. Checked the domains and lists. Wrote the emails. Published. Their words at the end: “A whole funnel published online with a prompt in like six minutes.”

Six minutes.

I’ve spent longer than that hunting for the redirect setting on one form.

HBA has posted eight of these clips. I put all eight on one page, with my notes under each one on what it shows and what it doesn’t: Watch HBA’s clips with my notes.

How Does It Know Who You’re Talking To?

From a marketing profile you fill in first. On stage, the agent read HBA’s Traffic Maestro profile before it wrote a single word, and HBA’s third clip explains why that matters: “it knows your market, it knows their problems, it knows their dreams, it knows your story.”

Did you catch that?

Your first two walls, who you’re for and what keeps them up at night, are riding on that one profile.

Here’s the deal…

The AI only knows your market because YOU told it. Write “people who want to make money online” in that profile and you’ll get a page that could be about anyone, and nobody reading it will feel it’s about them. You’ll just get the wrong page a whole lot quicker.

Traffic Maestro is part of HBA Premium, which is an add-on. No Premium? Then the same facts go at the top of your Builder request instead.

So do this part now, before 12 October, in any AI you’ve already got. Start with this one.

Prompt 1: Find the one person you’re for.

Prompt
I promote [what you promote]. Interview me to find the ONE kind of person I'm best placed to help. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer. Ask about: people I've already helped or worked beside, jobs and situations I've been in myself, groups I belong to, and who already asks me for advice. After my answers, give me three candidate audiences in one sentence each (age range, situation, what they've already tried), and tell me which one I have the most first-hand knowledge of and why. Do not invent facts about me. If I'm vague, ask for one real example.

Notice it asks about you instead of the market?

There’s a reason for that. The person you’re best placed to help is usually somebody you used to be. I’ve built teams in three companies over thirty years, and the people I write for are where I was at the start: a product I believed in and no idea who to tell about it. Nobody had to tell me how that feels, because I was that guy for years.

Prompt 2: Hear their pains and dreams in their own words.

Prompt
My audience: [paste the one sentence from Prompt 1]. Find what these people say about their situation in their own words. Use public places they talk: YouTube comments, Reddit threads, Facebook group posts, Amazon reviews of books about their problem. Give me 15 short quotes, each with where it came from and a link I can check. Group them into: what frustrates them today, what they've already tried that failed, and what they want their life to look like instead. Label any quote you couldn't open live UNCONFIRMED. Do not write me any marketing yet.

Now, check every link it gives you. I mean it. AI will happily make up a Reddit quote that sounds exactly right, and you won’t know unless you click.

Once the quotes check out, hand them to the Builder word for word. Their words will sell better than yours or mine.

What Should You Give Away To Attract Them?

One small, specific thing that fixes one problem from your Prompt 2 list in under an hour. A checklist, a short video, a template, a calculator. Skip the ebook about everything. HBA’s stage build gave visitors a training video behind the opt-in, and the agent wrote the thank-you page around it.

Remember wall 3, choosing what to give away? This is it. The Builder helps a lot here, because once you know what the free thing is, the page, the form and the emails are its job.

But which free thing? You can’t hand that part off to a robot.

Prompt 3: Choose the bonus they’d trade an email for.

Prompt
My audience: [one sentence]. Their top three frustrations, in their words: [paste three from Prompt 2]. Suggest 7 free things I could give away to get their email address. Each one must solve ONE of those frustrations, be finishable in under an hour, and be something I can honestly make myself this week. For each: a working title under 10 words, what format it is, and which frustration it solves. Then rank them by how quickly the person feels a result. No income promises, no guarantees, nothing I'd need someone else's permission to use.

Pick the top one and make it this week.

It can be ugly. Seriously.

Does It Really Take The Tech Off Your Plate?

From what HBA showed, mostly yes. And man, this is the one I’ve been waiting on for years. Wall 4, the tech, has sunk more affiliate businesses than bad products ever did. Domains, DNS records, form settings, list tags, autoresponder delays, the redirect after the opt-in… any one of those you could figure out on a Saturday. All of them at once? That’s where people quit.

I know.

My own HBA funnel is 34 pages, and I built every one of them by hand in the old builder, pasting code into three separate boxes per page. The agent does every bit of that for you.

On stage it connected a domain, made the list, wrote four emails with the links already in them and wired the form to the list. HBA’s sixth clip, in their words: “it created a new list, added the four emails, connected it to the form.”

It wasn’t perfect, and to HBA’s credit they showed that too. In the same clip the first email arrived with its first-name tag still blank. “We’ll fix the variable,” they said, live on stage. It’s a beta. Read EVERY email before you switch a sequence on.

It also costs money to run. So what does it cost? This is the bill as it stands before launch.

AI credits 5 free a day, then 20 cents each, in packs from $10 The Builder’s credit screen in its app code, read 29 September 2026

An email About 1 credit Richard Hairston’s beta build, 25 September 2026
Using your own Claude or ChatGPT HBA says no HBA credits HBA’s fourth clip, posted 26 September 2026

Richard Hairston’s beta build on 25 September 2026, two pages and five emails, used 36 credits. That’s about $7.20 if you built it all in one evening and paid for every single credit.

So call it seven bucks and change for two pages and five emails, and nobody had to touch a DNS record.

Let me ask you something.

What did your last funnel cost you in evenings?

Okay, back to the stuff that costs you nothing. Got your answers from Prompts 1 to 3? Good. This next one turns them into the one request you’ll paste in on the 12th.

Prompt 4: Write the one request for the Builder.

Prompt
Turn my answers into ONE plain-English request for an AI funnel builder. My audience: [Prompt 1]. Their frustrations in their words: [three from Prompt 2]. My free thing: [title and format from Prompt 3]. The request must ask for: a capture page whose headline names the person and the result of the free thing; a thank-you page that delivers it, with a button to [your affiliate or product link]; a new email list called [name]; and 4 follow-up emails, one link each, one frustration per email. Add these rules to the request: no guarantees, no testimonials, no income claims, no dollar figures unless I supply them, and show me a preview before anything is published. Keep the request under 200 words.

For comparison, the founders’ own request on stage ran 91 words and didn’t have a single rule in it. Yours is going to have five.

And that line about a preview before anything goes live? Don’t cut it. It’s what stops the AI from publishing a promise you never made, which, as you’ll see further down, it will try to do.

What Else Comes With It?

Ten things, all behind one login. HBA’s app code, which I read on 29 September 2026, lists them: the Builder, a Store, Memberships with a community, the HBA Emailer, Appointments, Webinars, Quizzes, Reviews, Comments and a Blog.

Why bundle it all? Somebody on stage put it this way, in HBA’s fifth clip: “did you guys know we had eight logins or something?”

Area What it does for you Worth knowing
Builder Pages and whole funnels, by AI request or by hand Import any public page’s design by pasting its address. HBA says the importer is free because it isn’t AI
HBA Emailer Your list, broadcasts and follow-up sequences Already part of Funnel Builder. The Builder and Emailer share one contact list
Store Sell your own digital or physical products Your own Stripe, plus PayPal and others. The code shows no HBA transaction fee
Memberships Courses, drip lessons, a private community, a calendar There’s a tool to pull lessons over from Skool
Webinars Registration, live or evergreen, replays, timed offers Needs Premium on top of Funnel Builder
Blog Posts in the same editor as your pages WordPress import is built in
Quizzes, Reviews, Comments, Appointments Lead capture and social proof you’d normally rent from four other tools Appointments sync with Google Calendar
Share links Hand someone a whole funnel with one link A prospect who joins from a shared funnel credits whoever shared it
Bring your own AI Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to your account HBA’s builder text: “Your AI never sees your HBA password.”

The share link is the one I’d keep an eye on. Paul, in HBA’s eighth clip: “I click a button, give you the link. It loads up my funnel right in your builder.” He called it probably the most requested feature they’ve ever had. If you’re building a team, picture what that means: somebody new opens their account on day one and your working funnel is already sitting in it, ready to edit. When I was starting out, I’d have given my left arm for that.

Now price all of this against renting it separately. GoHighLevel starts at $97 a month before its usage fees. I read its pricing page on 13 September 2026 and took it apart line by line in my GoHighLevel pricing breakdown. HBA’s door is $25. I know they’re not the same animal. But if you’re one affiliate with one offer, that’s $72 a month you keep, every month.

Then Who Brings The Traffic?

You do. Every week.

That’s wall 5, traffic, and no builder on the market touches it, this one included.

My son Tony and I have been certified firewalk instructors since December 2008. We can build the fire, rake the coals flat and check the bed. But we can’t walk it for you.

Traffic’s the same way.

What the Builder does change is how much of your week you get back. If the setup takes an evening instead of a month, you get that month for the work that actually brings people in: showing up in front of the person from Prompt 1, in the same place, week after week.

I studied fifteen active HBA promoters for my Home Business Academy review, and what they did was almost boring. Each one picked one channel and kept publishing on it for years. Hardly any of them ran ads or posted income screenshots.

So the last prompt plans your first 30 days on one channel.

Prompt 5: Plan 30 days on one channel.

Prompt
My audience: [Prompt 1]. Their frustrations: [three from Prompt 2]. My free thing: [Prompt 3]. I can give [hours] a week. Pick ONE channel where these people already spend time and that I can publish on with what I have (phone, laptop, my own voice). Give me a 30-day plan: what to publish, how often, and a working title for each piece, every piece answering one of their frustrations and pointing to the free thing. Include one daily 15-minute habit for replying to comments and messages. No paid ads, no income claims, no posting in groups that ban promotion.

Run that plan for thirty days and you’ll know more about your people than you do right now, by a mile. If it flops, you’ll have the numbers to see why.

Who Should Use It, And Who Shouldn’t?

If you’re an HBA member who’s been stuck at wall 4, with an offer and an idea of your audience but no funnel because the tech beat you, I’m excited for you. This is exactly what it was built to handle. Me? I’d rather walk 40 feet of hot coals than paste one more page into three boxes. You won’t have to. Get ready for the 12th.

If you already have a working funnel you built by hand, there’s no rush. Your pages work today. Wait until HBA says whether old pages carry over before you rebuild anything.

And if you still don’t know who you’re for, the Builder will happily build you a funnel for nobody. Do Prompts 1 and 2 first.

What I’d Watch Out For

First, I haven’t used it. Everything here about the Builder comes from HBA’s demo, its app code and other members’ recordings. On 12 October I’ll build one live and replace their numbers with mine.

Want to know what worried me most in the beta videos?

The AI writes things you never said. In Robin Williams’s beta build, recorded 28 September 2026, it slipped in a refund promise and customer quotes that nobody had given it. His own take: “the work comes in for me is to read it to make sure it’s telling the truth.” If it goes out under your name, it’s your problem. Since April 2026 the FTC has gone after individual affiliates for what they publish, and the company’s name on the tool won’t protect yours.

It’s only as good as your profile, too. If you skipped walls 1 and 2, figuring out who you’re for and what they feel, it’ll show on every page it writes. And some of the good stuff costs extra: Traffic Maestro and Webinars sit in Premium, on top of the $25.

Nobody knows yet what happens to old pages. Remember my 34 hand-built pages? Whether pages like those carry over on the 12th is still an open question. I’ve asked HBA, and I haven’t had an answer yet.

And the median doesn’t move. HBA’s own statement, the one at the top of this page, says the typical affiliate earned nothing in the last twelve months. So yes, you can have a funnel in six minutes. Getting people to look at it is still on you and me.

What To Do Before 12 October

If I were sitting where you are, this is what I’d do. None of it needs the Builder yet.

  1. Run Prompts 1 to 3 tonight in free Claude or ChatGPT. Give it an hour.
  2. Make the free thing from Prompt 3. Don’t pretty it up. Just get it done.
  3. Run Prompt 4 and save the request somewhere you’ll find it on the 12th.
  4. Grab the setup checklist and credit calculator. I put both into a free Day-One Kit, along with ten more prompts for the Builder itself, and four short emails walk you through it before launch night: Get my free Day-One Kit
  5. If you’re going to join, join before the doors open. The agent builds from what’s already in your account: your domain, your list, your links. Join on the 12th and you start from scratch while everyone else is already building. Funnel Builder is $25 a month, cancel any time, and new paid memberships have a 72-hour money-back window. Join through my link and you also get my Builder-Ready Skills Pack, seven Claude skills for the new Builder, emailed to you: Get my Funnel Builder for $25 a month

Then on Monday the 12th at 9 PM Eastern, I’ll open it live on my YouTube channel and build a funnel with it, credit counter on screen, bugs and all… and if it does half of what HBA showed on stage, you and I are about to get a lot of evenings back.

Bring your Prompt 4.

Bless and be blessed,

Rob Fore
